Our mission: To love and care for children, help them grow and learn about the Lord, and explore the excitement of learning. We infuse everything with fun so that children LOVE their experience at Joyful Noise Preschool.

Pay for Tuition Online

Classes for 2, 3, and 4-year olds

Two-year-olds attend Monday through Thursday. Cost is $175 per month plus a $80 annual registration fee.
Three-year-olds attend Monday through Friday. Cost is $200 per month plus a $80 annual registration fee.
Four-year-olds attend Monday through Friday. Cost is $200 per month plus a $80 annual registration fee.

Preschool Hours

Our school year begins in August and ends in May. We follow the Franklin County School System calendar for holidays and closings.

Drop off between 8:45AM – 9:00AM each day
Pick up between 11:45AM -12:00PM each day

From Mandi Sisk, Director

I grew up in a suburb of Atlanta, graduated from Norcross High School and received my B.S.Ed degree from The University of Georgia. I taught elementary school for 28 years, mostly in Rockdale and DeKalb Counties. I retired early in 2016 and moved to Franklin Springs to be with my Mom who had dementia. I was her caretaker for four years until her passing in 2020. I decided not to return to the Atlanta area because this was already “home” to me. All of my relatives on my Mom’s side of the family live(d) in Franklin County. I spent all of my summers here with my grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles and all of the friends I had made, still holding those friendships dear to this day!

I enjoy spending time with my family members,friends and with my animals. I have two Beagles and way too many cats to mention! I am a foster-mom for puppies & kittens as I work closely with the Hart County Humane Society. I am most passionate about four things in life: God, children, any/all animals and my GA Bulldogs! I am a HUGE fan of any sport that UGA plays, but especially football between the hedges. Go Dawgs!

I truly believe that God led me here to be the new Director of Joyful Noise Preschool. I am incredibly grateful and honored for this opportunity and I look forward to watching as we grow into one of the best preschools in northeast Georgia!
